Villa Art Novis is an establishment on the map of accommodations not like many, because it has a soul. It is located in a pre-war building finished in 1907. Nearby, girls were educated as part of the complex of the Empress Victoria Higher School for Girls "Victoriaschule". The building of the current Villa Art Novis was once the headmaster's house and later the school library. It is a true architectural gem that survived the wartime destruction. Now renovated, it still charms with the atmosphere of declining Art Nouveau architecture.
