Panorama Raclawicka Panorama Raclawicka is a masterpiece that everyone should see. The amazing work of the painters who created this painting for 9 months in 1893-1894 allows you to be transported back to April 4, 1794 on the battlefield of Raclawice. You can feel eyewitness to the battle, in which troops under the command of Tadeusz Kosciuszko are victorious over the Russians.
The Raclawice Panorama is the largest existing painting in Poland. Because of it, tourists visit the city in large numbers. The monumental work, 15 meters high and 114 meters long, impresses with its size and the realism of the scenes depicted. Thanks to the combination of oil painting, proper perspective, decorative elements, as well as appropriate lighting, it was possible to create a three-dimensional impression. The entire staging is explained by a voiceover, which helps to get into the mood of those events.
